1. Machine use
ESF011A-3 foam vertical cutting machine is mainly used for cutting, sewing and slices after massive foam rubber is foamed. It is fitted for manufacturing foam furniture; production articles for daily use, widely used for foam manufacture machinery.

3.Structure and usage
This machine is mainly made up of upper beam 1,pedestal 2,worktable guide rail mechanism 3,mobile locating plates 4,motor driving device 5,cutter band tension adjusting mechanism 6,wheel device 7,grinding wheel mechanism 8,wheel safety cap 9,driving mechanism 10 and so on.
.Upper beam, pedestal are welded by[16 channel steel, wheel mechanism is mounted on the same level. to keep the wheel steady, after passing move,whisht balance trial the wheel can be fitted on this unit, there is no need to change position once mount debugging.
.Worktable is made up of square tube frame and aluminium plywood; mobile locating plate supported by two roots guide rails on it portrait travel to arrive the purpose of cutting. The mobile locating plates is controlled the cutting thickness.
.Cutter band tension adjusting mechanism is the unloading gear used for adjustable cutter band tensity and assembly cutter band, equipped with the spring compact nut when used can adjust the tensity of spring.
.Grinding wheel makes use of two opposite bowl grinding wheels (motor driving) lightly stick band blade, after deviation some angle fixed (operator can select the angle, generally adopts 10°-15°).
.Cutter band handling: as the fore-and-aft side of worktable separately mounts a set off gemel mechanism. The device is made use of to handle cutter band, when need to change a new cutter band, firstly disassemble the gemel, and then can takedown the cutter band.
Cutter band location: when mount the cutter band wheels, keep them in the level position, to make the cutter band run in a position of no off cutter or occurrence deviation. To prevent the cutter band radial shake, a set of bearing is mounted on the upper beam pressure axle, the same as a set of bearing is mounted on the pedestal (under worktable) to direct the cutter band.

4.Machine transportation and installment
.The whole machine is split frame, worktable, and guide rail conveying users' workshop before transportation.
According to machine disposal orientation carry on assembly on the workshop cement earth before mounting. Generally proceeds adjustment on the level of rail ground, vertical the plane made up of four wheels. Then on the rail bearing position of foot screw pole fix with the drag screw.
